    Overview

    PVC banner printing turns a shop name, event date or club message into a display that can be read from across a pavement. Our standard vinyl banners use 440gsm PVC, with hemmed edges included and optional spaced eyelets approximately every 50cm. Choose a width from 1ft to 24ft and a standard height up to 4ft. Measure the space before choosing your size: a long fence panel and a small shop entrance need very different layouts.

    For a shop front, put your business name and main offer on separate lines. For a sports club, prioritise the team name, fixture date and entrance direction. A sale banner works best with one clear offer rather than a list of every discount. Use strong contrast between the background and lettering, and allow enough room around the wording for the finishing.

    Hemmed edges provide a finished border, while eyelets give you regular attachment points. Distribute the load across the available eyelets and avoid stretching the banner tightly between two distant posts. Cable ties are included with eyeleted finishes; optional bungees can make removal and refitting easier where the installation permits them. Check the supporting fence or rail before attaching anything.

    Roll the banner loosely for storage, keeping the printed face away from abrasive surfaces. Wipe ordinary dirt with a soft damp cloth and avoid solvents. Allow it to dry before putting it away. Inspect eyelets and fixings whenever you reuse it, particularly after windy weather.

    Artwork & sizes

    Supply artwork at the finished size, with 10mm bleed and important text at least 25mm inside the trim where the agreed finishing allows. Use original logo files and clear photographs. Check spelling, dates and every contact detail before approving the proof. For hardware products, use the exact model template instead of generic bleed allowances. Design help is available for simple or more involved layouts, with the chosen service and any revisions shown before purchase.

    Design proofs are promised within 12 elapsed hours. Printing starts after artwork approval. The dispatch cut-off is 7.00pm UK time on a working day, and availability depends on the accepted job. Standard delivery is £4.99, with free shipping on orders over £45 with a 3–4 working-day expected turnaround. Standard and Next Day charges are shown before checkout. Courier estimates depend on the destination and working-day calendar. No VAT is added.

    Questions before you order

    How long will a PVC banner last outdoors?

    There is no single lifespan we can promise for every outdoor installation. Exposure, wind, sunlight, support and handling all affect the result. Inspect eyelets and fixings regularly, remove the display in unsuitable weather and store it clean and dry between uses. Ask for the confirmed material specification if your installation has a particular durability requirement.

    What file format should my artwork be?

    For print-ready artwork, upload PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG or WebP up to 200MB per file. Check the finished dimensions and keep important wording away from hems and eyelets. Follow the artwork guide for bleed and safe areas.

    When will I see my design proof?

    Design-service proofs are supplied within 12 elapsed hours. Check names, dates, spelling and layout before approving, because printing starts only after artwork approval. The personalised builder also produces a final print preview for your approval before you add the banner to your basket. Changing that design requires a fresh final preview.

    Can I order today and receive my banner tomorrow?

    Next-day arrival depends on the accepted job, artwork approval, postcode and courier service. The dispatch cut-off is 7.00pm UK time on working days, after artwork approval. Design proofs are supplied within 12 elapsed hours, which is separate from delivery. Check the estimate before ordering and allow extra time for weekends and bank holidays.

    Do you deliver outside Yorkshire?

    Free shipping is available in eligible delivery zones with a 3–4 working-day expected turnaround. Standard is 2–3 working days and Next Day is 1 working day expected. Paid service charges are shown before checkout. Timings start after artwork approval by 7.00pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
